Job Description
Bethel College seeks an experienced coach to work part-time as an Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse . This position is from September 1 to May 1 each year. Responsibilities will include : Participating in the spiritual formation activities of the team Assisting in the preparation and planning of practices and games Teaching assigned fundamentals and skills during practices and games Assisting in the training and conditioning of the team members Assisting with recruiting student athletes Assisting in managing the team while traveling A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's preferred.
