We are a nonprofit organization that has lovingly restored an 1820's farmhouse in Essex town center, and we have built a vibrant Preschool and Kindergarten program with wonderful community support.We are seeking a full-time teacher with a strong work ethic to join our team and work in a mixed age group setting serving children ages 3 to 6 yrs.Qualified candidates must be energetic, enthusiastic, and flexible, with a sense of humor, a love for children and a strong knowledge of child development. Duties to include create a safe and nurturing environment that meets the individual needs of children, lesson planning, observation and assessment of children's play, written and verbal communication with families and most importantly getting down to the children's level.
