Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with some occasional Saturdays.

- Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- Experience in collections or the finance industry preferred
- Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition
- Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products
- Assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of branch operations and serves as a backup manager when needed
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collections calls
- Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner
- Experience in supervisory roles in customer service or sales preferred
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility

Hourly: $16.50 - $23.00
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
