Position: Internal & Third Party Asset Manager
Are you a strategic thinker who loves to collaborate and drive success? We are currently seeking an Internal & Third Party Asset Manager to support the implementation of our Asset Management objectives while delivering outstanding service to our internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
Embrace travel opportunities as you work closely with District Managers and the Sales team to understand their requirements and seize opportunities.
Evaluate procedures and needs at each branch through regular visits, with the possibility of some international travel.
Develop and promote process standardization and alignment across all divisions and branches.
Research relevant markets, identify trends and patterns, and provide valuable insights.
Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for Senior Management and Executives.
Formulate strategies to maximize asset ROI and minimize risk factors and losses, including asset relocation for optimal utilization.
Oversee the full life-cycle management of all assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and dispersal.
Collaborate with different divisions/branches to implement up-to-date asset tracking reports, ensuring seamless operations.
Skills And Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build trusted business partnerships and foster collaborative working relationships.
Strong analytical skills and financial background for informed decision-making.
A degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience as an analyst or asset manager is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.
Exceptional organizational and managerial skills with great attention to detail.
Strong Problem-solving Abilities And Conflict Resolution Skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills to interact with diverse teams and management.
