We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional with expertise in the 420 industry. The successful candidate will take on daily responsibilities which entail planning, coordinating, and enforcing safety standards and regulations particular to the cannabis sector.

The successful applicant's key responsibilities will consist of engaging in design reviews, providing industry-specific feedback to contracting firms, and playing a part in developing design timelines to ensure a cohesive schedule. Ensuring that the 420 contractor aligns with both client requirements and industry standards is paramount. The chosen candidate will be ultimately accountable for the safe and triumphant completion of 420 projects, guaranteeing top-level precision and success.

Working closely with superintendents and foremen to strategize and coordinate activities tied to 420 projects is expected. Moreover, fulfilling all necessary documentation and reports for the project is of utmost importance. The role will encompass generating progress reports and documenting issue resolutions. Inspecting and aiding in equipment testing will also be part of the job description. Open lines of communication with subcontractors, superintendents, office personnel, engineering staff, consultants, and 420 representatives are vital for effective project facilitation. The individual will represent the company in project meetings and partake in strategy sessions. Conducting the final equipment inspection and offering technical support throughout project execution will be necessary.

The successful candidate will report directly to the on-site 420 Manager.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the 420 industry

- Exceptional troubleshooting skills across all aspects of 420 operations

- Familiarity with the 420 business is preferable

- Prior experience in data centers is a plus

- Some exposure to cannabis is desirable
