Job Summary
Assists the head coach in the administration and leadership of the Radford University Division I Men’s Soccer program by providing coaching and instruction, recruiting, and facilitation of training and practice activities.
Required Qualifications
An advanced degree in a related field, or training and work experience which equates to an advanced degree. Coaching and/or recruiting experience in men’s soccer at the collegiate level is required. Ability to demonstrate and teach advanced skills, knowledge, and strategies of the game of soccer, knowledge of NCAA recruiting and compliance procedures; ability to work independently without direct supervision; excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and effective written and oral communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at the Division I level. An advanced degree in a related field, or training and work experience which equates to an advanced degree.
