Responsibilities
— Lead and manage the creative team to ensure they deliver high-quality and innovative projects.
— Facilitate an environment of collaboration and creativity within the team, ensuring that the team remains motivated and ideas flow freely.
— Oversee and direct all creative projects, from concept development to execution.
— Work closely with other team leaders to ensure the creative strategy supports and aligns with their objectives.
— Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously refine and evolve our creative strategy.
Qualifications
— A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
— 4+ years of experience in a creative role.
— Strong portfolio showcasing broad creativity, a variety of project types, and a deep understanding of branding.
— Excellent leadership and team management skills.
— Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
— Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
— Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
— Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
