Job Details

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams.
• Use Adobe Suite, Illustrator, CS5, and Indesign to create visually stunning and effective designs.
• Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly IT.
• Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
• Design direct mail pieces, catalogs, and other promotional materials.
• Oversee and guide the work of junior designers and artists.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques.
• Lead and manage the creative process from concept to completion.
• Develop and manage brand identities and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Art Director.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Strong experience in photoshoots, adobe, illustrator, cs5, InDesign, direct mail, catalogs, and campaigns.
• Professional understanding of typography, color, grid, and composition.
• Highly proficient in all design aspects and able to use Adobe Suite, Illustrator, CS5, and Indesign.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
