We are looking for an experienced Art Director to conceptualize and deliver world-class campaign visuals that showcase life-changing causes, products, and organizations.

As a key player in our creative team, you'll lead our graphic designers and collaborate with marketers to ensure our creative work is inspiring, resonant, on-brand, and a "wow" experience for our audiences. You'll also drive alignment with executive leadership on your concepts and ensure that your team's work is effective, strategic, and achieves a return on investment.
As a top-notch designer and design leader, you have an eye for aesthetics and know how to express concepts through stunning visuals. You relentlessly push for the best work and elevate Givelify's design practice through mentoring others, self-growth, and improvement of designOps.

As Givelify's Art Director you:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop concepts and art direction
- Partner with marketing and customer success teams to deliver campaigns
- Set and achieve campaign success metrics in partnership with marketers by providing art direction for assets such as landing pages, social media imagery, product collateral, emails, and animations
- Are responsible for world-class creative execution for print, web, digital, and video
- Are responsible for Givelify's visual expression in all of our marketing channels
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing design team and its operations
- Elevate the design practice at Givelify
- Set and maintain visual brand standards - Have deep knowledge of our audiences through personal experience and ensure other designers do as well
Requirements
- Team player who offers sound design feedback and ideation but is also comfortable working independently, executing on the creative direction with little oversight
- Expertise using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
- Bachelor's degree
- Attentive to feedback and able to iterate quickly
- Ability to use research & insights, personas, and data to inform design decisions
- 2+ yrs mentoring, leading, or mentoring other designers
- Ability to facilitate conversations with executive stakeholders to achieve alignment and direction
- Exceptional design skills in composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- 5+ years of design experience, including producing creative assets for marketing and branding campaigns
