We are seeking a reliable and professional Armed Security Guard to join our team at Worldwide Security and Patrol Services. As an Armed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting security patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, responding to emergencies, and enforcing safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular security patrols to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible security presence.

Respond promptly and effectively to security and medical emergencies, following established protocols.

Perform thorough security checks of individuals, vehicles, and belongings to prevent prohibited items from entering the premises.

Enforce access control procedures, verifying the identity and authorization of individuals entering the facility.

Document security incidents, accidents, and other relevant information in detailed written reports.

Handle conflicts and disputes in a professional and calm manner, aiming to defuse situations and prevent escalation.

Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders as necessary.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with information and directions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid state-issued armed security guard license.

Active guard card, firearm permit, and relevant certifications.

Completion of relevant training programs and certifications (e.g., firearms training, first aid, CPR).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle firearms safely and responsibly.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform security patrols and stand for extended periods.

Strong judgment and decision-making skills, especially under stress.

Knowledge of emergency response procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
