Armed Lead Patrol Officer, Full Time With Benefits

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must possess BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permits. Possess or willing to obtain, baton and pepper spray permits. Valid unrestricted California Drivers License and driving record must meet company guidelines.

COMPENSATION

The starting pay is $21 - $24/ hour. Plus the opportunity to increase income through patrol sales and employee referrals. Annual merit increase. Benefits after 30 days.

SUMMARY

Trains new hire patrol officers. Assists management with day to day field supervisory items. Responds to alarm activations and investigates source and trouble signals on client's premises. Randomly patrols assigned patrol areas and client property. Patrol Officer maintains excellent and productive relationship with clients and with the general public toward an objective of creating high customer satisfaction and a positive public image of ADT Security's Patrol Division. Increase profit by promoting and supporting Patrol services sales.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
