About the role:

The Application Analyst is an integral part of the Client Success team focused on creating better solutions and customer outcomes. This is not responding to inquiries – we are specialists in providing solutions to a variety of time sensitive, business-critical issues. These issues are usually pivotal to the customer and have significant impact on our customer satisfaction, which is one of our core values. Our Client Sucess team helps to optimize and multiply the value our Healthcare Provider customers get from our SaaS-based technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Foster customer education and self-service by creating, enhancing and providing internal and external training and documentation.
  • Act as primary knowledge expert in our customers’ solution portfolio
  • Manage a queue of cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact
  • Understand relevant Healthcare Revenue Cycle business processes: Chargemaster, Pricing, Charge Capture / Reconciliation, Cash Posting and assisting Customers with the operational aspects of implementation, adoption, and ongoing support
  • Maintain product specific implementation documentation and recommending improvements to implementation methodology
  • Communicate regularly with customers to discuss open tickets and perform a check in to gauge their level of happiness with the solution and the company
  • Assist in pre-sales product demonstrations or aid in scoping projects or developing proposals.
  • Troubleshoot and solve complex problems, inspire change, and implement solutions
  • Evaluate customer needs, gather requirements, perform data collection, and define system configurations to support Revenue Cycle business processes. Consult on complex configuration decisions.
  • Work with Product Managers, QA and Development to highlight customer processes, barriers to success and opportunities for enhanced functionality and tools
  • Effectively address critical escalated customer issues


About You

  • Familiarity and experience in application support preferably in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Healthcare Revenue Cycle applications. Familiarity with Healthcare revenue cycle applications – Cerner, Epic, Meditech, Medhost, Invision, is a plus
  • A successful track record of managing multiple urgent priority issues concurrently
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Confident communicator (verbally and in writing), who collaborates effectively with users at all levels and varying technical abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Ability to guide others and an eagerness to learn
  • Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and provide complete follow through on areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate teams.
  • 2+ years experience in implementing or supporting a SaaS solution
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork and build strong and positive relationships with other teams and customers.

  • Travel will be required for this position (20%)
