Responsibilities include but are not limited HVAC, plumbing, painting, molding, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical repairs, and must also possess excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Technician is responsible for general as well as preventative maintenance repairs. Must be available to work rotating weekends as well as on call duties for emergency situations.

Qualifications: To meet the challenges of our growing business, ZRS is seeking skilled professionals who are highly motivated team players with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Requirements: Candidates must have a Valid Drivers License. HVAC certification is also preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
