Job Description
Monarch Investment is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Club at Cherry Hills Apartments in Wichita. We are offering up to $19/hrs plus monthly and quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool and boot reimbursement, and tuition reimbursement.

General Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Snow removal
  • Preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Completes work orders assigned in a timely manner based on priority
  • Exterior structural maintenance as needed
  • Maintaining grounds and curb appeal
  • Painting/ Staining both interior and exterior applications
  • Make Ready/ Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
  • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing
  • Experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  • Dry walling including painting and carpentry

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
