Winterwood, Inc. is a growing family-owned property management company with over 40 years of experience in the industry.
We’re looking for a self-motivated and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for one of our properties.
The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for building and grounds cleaning and maintenance. Qualified candidates will have previous apartment, property maintenance or similar. Must have experience with painting, drywall repair, basic plumbing, electrical and turning vacant units.
Property Name/Location: Eastwood Place Apartments located in Sandy Hook, KY.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours per week).
Pay Range: $15-18/hr. based on experience.
