We are looking for motivated apartment locators who want to make an amazing income. As part of our team, you'll receive leads looking for apartments located in the beautiful city of Austin. Relive Apartment Locating offers some of the competitive broker/agent split in the city, considering the level of services we offer our team.

This is an independent contractor position, and your compensation will be solely based on the commission(s) earned. The best part? You can choose your own hours and work remotely. All we ask is that you give your clients the highest level of customer service and always do your best.

Qualifications

• Adaptability – You can solve problems quickly and can flawlessly roll with the punches
• TX Real Estate License - You will be expected to complete TX real estate coursework and licensing before your start date (if not already licensed)
• Dependability – You meet or beat every deadline
• Self Starter – You are excited about playing a key role and building a business in real estate
• Customer Focused -- You love building relationships and aim to provide exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Schedule and, at times be present for apartment tours for your clients
• Communicate with clients through phone, text, email, etc
• Utilize our in-house CRM built for locators, by locators
• Collaborate with the rest of our team to always stay on top of market trends and know the newest properties in town
• Being accessible for client follow-up communications to ensure superb customer service
• Own and build apartment relationships from self-procured and company-provided leads to ensure your clients find the perfect apartment
