Job Description

The Antimicrobial Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, appropriate and cost-efficient medication therapy to patients in the area of Infectious Disease. Under direction of the Pharmacy Clinical Manager the Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist will assist in the planning, organizing and monitoring of pharmacy services for Bayhealth as related to infectious diseases.
