Job Description
Title - Anthropologie Jr. Content Creator
Reports to Art Director – Brand and Social Content
Overview We are looking for a Jr. Content Creator to create and execute concepts for content on all social media channels, other website content and more. As a key member of the creative team, you will work cross functionally and with consultants, but you will still be a creator first. You will be expected to create and produce 90% of the time, so if you love ideas and execution, then you have come to the right place. You’ll be video editing, shooting, and collaborating on all diverse types of content — from interviews and trend stories to product launches . . . your imagination is the only real limit. You will work with the internal team of AD’s, stylists, and designers on industry relevant inspiration, leveraging our internal studio to produce fresh product driven content, and ensure a steady stream of “only from Anthro” content that sets us apart from the competition and category. Ultimately, you will help inspire our audience by delivering both useful and appealing content that creates loyalty and encourages product purchase.

  • Work closely with the rest of the team to gather, organize, and edit content from recorded material. This will consist of video and audio, but may also include art layer, titles, and motion graphics.
  • Ability to pare down long form cuts for shorter social / paid assets
Concepting
  • Work with Sr Art Director, Art Director, and other members of the Creative Department to develop video concepts for upcoming shoots.
  • Ensure that our overall video content strategy--and the aesthetic of every video we create--is innovative and on-brand.
  • Gather strong photo and video inspiration sources to create compelling proposals.

  • Understanding of Anthropologie culture and brand image.

  • Maintain personal knowledge and skill level of current and future video technologies in the industries of fashion, photography, and art.
  • Self-motivator who can generate ideas for projects independently and collaboratively, and communicate those ideas effectively to the team while working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure.
  • True passion for art, fashion, current trends, models, and photography.
  • Extensive knowledge of professional video software (Adobe Premiere, Speed Grade or Davinci Resolve, After Effects, audio editing and mixing, compression for editing and delivery).
  • Strong initiative and motivation to constantly experiment and improve upon each project.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with industry-standard equipment.
