Supports the anesthesia department by the preparation and set up of appropriate equipment and supplies for each anesthetizing location, routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, maintaining a clean environment and maintaining supply levels. Performs various technical duties involved in handling and delivering pharmaceuticals under the supervision of a pharmacist.
REQUIRED:
  • High School Diploma or GED One or more years of experience as an Anesthesia Tech.
  • Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS). Current Registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia OR must become a registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Georgia within 90 days of hire date.

  • LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF GEORGIA
