What you will do:

  • Support Division and Region Seed Manager communication a& efforts and proactively & quickly respond to retail issues.
  • Lead supplier communication on catalog product
  • Partner with buyer and strategic sourcing peers to understand branch forecast and demand
  • Support the business wherever needed through a variety of training efforts related to seed, including developing resources such as job aids, designing or facilitating trainings, or participating in support efforts such as vendor trainings.
  • Lead year-end reconciliation deadline timeline compliance
  • Lead processes to ensure accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Run, analyze, and monitor sales based on miscellaneous ad-hoc reports
  • Coordinate, report, track, and communicate seed packaging goals with all brands and crops to internal and external stakeholders
  • Advise and partner with internal Compliance team on rebates and royalties
  • Assist branches in maintaining compliance with grower licenses, stewardship requirements, and agreements

  • Assist Procurement Manager in program timelines, reports, and deadlines


What you will bring:

  • Willingness and ability to: adapt to a regularly changing environment, develop and implement strategies, learn quickly, and communicate effectively and professionally at various levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Travel Required: 0-10%
  • Extensive knowledge related to: retail sales organizations, branch operations, seed business, SAP / IBP / ARS ERP
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a Business-related field; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Additional experience in Ag, Ag retail, and seed preferred.
  • Demonstrated change management skillset
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience required, preferably in logistics and supply planning.
  • Advanced capability delivering excellent customer service

Salary Range: $77,600 – $106,7001. This range is estimated for Analyst, Procurement - Seed position in Remote-US. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
