Overview:

The Priceless Platform team is looking for an Analyst, Consumer Marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about the consumer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. This role supports produces content for the priceless.com website to drive cardholder engagement and conversion. You will work with the production team, supply team, global priceless.com team, and operations to ensure everything throughout the content creation process is accomplished successfully and on time.

Role:

  • Partner with production and operations to ensure that products are properly built and descriptions are accurate, well-positioned, and optimized for success
  • Provide input into new functionality and overall process improvement and play a crucial role in testing new functionality prior to and following releases
  • Create new and edit existing training documentation and train agencies on content entry
  • Prepare solution-oriented ideas around content production as it pertains to admin development and improvements leveraging research, best practices, competitive audits, etc. and working with operations and dev to implement the ideas based on priority and need
  • Act as lead project manager for B2C campaigns and experience launches, including large sponsorships campaigns and other special market projects
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (marketing, fulfillment, market partners, product, dev, and accounting) to ensure seamless program launches and execution
  • Organize and share out market communications and updates from the Priceless Team
  • Support country marketing teams with localization of Priceless.com
  • Build mockups of UX flows, merchant, charity, and product pages for review by partners, teammates, etc. for all content types, campaigns, and programs
  • Support development of creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise, by following specific directions from team members

Pay Ranges
San Francisco, California: $77,000 - $119,000 USD
