It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
Summary of the Job:

As an Analyst II within First National Bank of Omaha's Decision Sciences, Partnership Analytics team, you will serve an in-house consultant to the Partnership Marketing organization. The Partnership Analytics team helps the business owners to design and read tests, measure and forecast campaign performance, and use data science tools to analyze complex business problems for both new account acquisition and portfolio management.
About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Use data to influence marketing decisions in Partnership marketing, including:
  • O Launching new partners
  • O Identify new opportunities and gaps
  • O Present the findings/recommendations to business partners and senior management
  • O Gain insights on customer profile and behaviors
2. Implement the testing designs to support Marketing in achieving fast deployment of profitable new offers:
  • O Facilitate the use of experimental design principles to minimize cost and maximize results of offer testing
  • O Analyze the test results and present the test read to business users
  • 3. Analyze business problems and track and report current strategies:
  • O Analyze business problems with recommendations and implementation plans
  • O Work with the cross-functional groups to design efficient tests, communicate test results and proposals for new offers
  • O Be responsible for making targeting recommendations for marketing acquisition campaigns
4. Develop reporting for internal and external partners using Amazon AWS and Power BI.
5. Conduct ad-hoc analyses
6. Be willing to learn the systems, tools, and business areas that we support
7. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships
8. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree required. Must have one of the following – (a.) A graduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or other STEM-related field OR (b.) A graduate degree in an alternate course of study with an undergraduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or other STEM-related field.
Experience must include the following specific experience:
1. Depth of knowledge in using SAS, R, or Python for analysis.
2. Familiarity with SQL for databases.
3. Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
4. Demonstrate the ability to handle stress and meet deadlines.
5. Demonstrate the ability to drive meeting agendas and prioritize team workloads / projects based on departmental goals.
6. Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, or Amazon AWS is not required, but will be considered a bonus.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
