Job Description
Job Summary
This role is responsible for the execution and delivery of the eCommerce and Digital beauty intiatives for CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid. Through their digital expertise, this individual will work closely with internal cross functional partners to ensure the Revlon brands are winning at search, have strong visibility, enhanced content, relevant media activities and are at the forefront of digital and consumer behavior trends. This role will collaborate with the CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens Sales Team to provide recommendations for a holistic omni plan that drives a seamless journey representing a best-in-class omnichannel experience with a coordinated and cohesive enterprise approach. Additionally, this role will be responsible for driving the execution that will deliver the business plan results including the online customer experience, engagement, conversion and retention—all leading to brand growth and increased market share.
MAJOR DUTIES
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Supply Chain, Digital Media, and Legal) to execute ongoing Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid eCommerce/Digital projects
  • Provide ongoing tracking, analysis, and measurement of customer on-site behavior. Recommend enhancements based on the results and analysis with both external and internal partners
  • Integrated part of the Drug Sales Teams, owning the Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid eCommerce strategy that ladders to the overall JBP growth objectives and priorities
  • Partner with all cross-functional teams to ensure strategic plans are executed accurately and timely
  • Ensure the day to day effectiveness of content, display merchandising, navigation, search functionality, and product presentation that maximizes a frictionless customer experience
  • Execute account strategies in a digital environment that drives traffic, increases awareness, and converts consumers
  • Work closely with e-commerce marketing to ensure all content (Above and Below the Fold) is developed and executed effectively, including utilization of digital assets, content, and tools
  • Manage internal cross functional team collaboration to include in unison with the Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid Customer Business Managers to collaborate and collectively build the Cosmetic, Beauty Care, and Fragrance businesses
  • Establish analytics and evaluate the performance of eCommerce marketing activities to drive profitable RoAS
  • Ownership of planning and designating project resources, monitoring progress, and informing stakeholders throughout the process ensuring timelines are met for all Drug Channel eCommerce projects
Knowledge And Skills Required
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree required - preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently, holding all individuals accountable and thrives on multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • Technology skills: Familiarity with web technologies, web page design/layout and website performance measurement tools
  • Minimum Years Experience Required: 3+ years with E-Commerce experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in e-Retail Mass/Omni partnerships/digital marketing acceleration/Beauty Sales
  • Ability to communicate effectively, actively and cross-functionally to ensure thorough understanding of programs, customer needs, competitive landscape, and business plans
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to work effectively at both the strategic and tactical execution levels in a fast paced, sales driven, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Robust understanding and experience of SEO (search engine optimization), web page layout, web analytics and payment processing
  • Highly collaborative with experience in managing an agile and fast-paced commercial environment
  • In-depth understanding of eCommerce business models and how to drive eCommerce sales through innovative, effective and cost-efficient marketing/merchandising programs and strategies
