Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Administer wholesale buybacks as necessary while ensuring compliance
- Ensure compliance with work instructions and all company policies.
- Manage Field/Fleet Vehicle fulfillment and make ready requests. Provide support for dealer requests for vehicles from corporate stock
- Provide analysis, consultation and support to dealers and the commercial vehicles field team regarding inventory management, including vehicle ETA’s, production status, order updates and vehicle trades. Obtain and effectively communicate data from various resources and departments in order to respond to all sales and distribution related inquiries. Lead through the @VanDistribution channel, and with the support of the team all responses should be within a 24hs window
- Provide weekly reports on aging unassigned inventory to facilitate the timely movement of vehicles through the system. Provide analysis regarding future ordering and stock management
- Support the Prep for Delivery (PFD) matrix with regard to new models, fleet customers, new dealers and sales channels
- Data management driven. MS Excel high proficiency
- Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Transportation Management
- Must have 2-4 years (total) of experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in:
