Job Details
- Perform all job duties and related tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain storage areas to ensure inventory is protected.
- Establish and maintain a positive experience for MVC customers, clients, and vendors, through professional interpersonal interactions.
- Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions.
- Practice and encourage workplace safety.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and operation of the facility.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including shipping, receiving, transfers, and grower invoicing.
- Establish and maintain a positive customer service experience.
- Assist with logistics and scheduling of deliveries to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain and repair delivery trucks, facilities, equipment, and tools in order to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
- Basic math and invoicing
- Safety rules, procedures, and practices
- MVC products and purposes
- Establish effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and the general public.
- Read work orders or receive verbal instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
- Work varied shifts and days as required of the position.
- Maintain inventory for the facility.
- Report to work on-time and as scheduled.
- Communicate effectively with others in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Equipment operation
- High School diploma or GED
- Forklift Certification or ability to obtain is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License issued by the State of Montana
