Stellantis’ Software Organization (SWX) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation, we are seeking Agile System Integration Lead Engineers to technically lead the validation activities for the next generation vehicle controller and software platform. This new architecture will integrate new and advanced software functions for cloud connectivity, EDGE processing, thus enabling highly automated driving, EV, and advanced connectivity features.
The individual should be an experienced engineer with a strong technical background in systems engineering and vehicle architecture development and the corresponding project experience in the industrialization of electronic systems and architectures.
Your primary focus will be to act as System Integration Leader together with a team of integration and test engineers. At the same time, you will interact with SW design & architecture, virtualization, and other validation teams.
You will be responsible to lead the continuous integration of logical functions and features of a system architecture via virtual and physical ECUs, starting early on with high virtualization and integrated in cross-functional agile teams.

We are looking for highly motivated validation engineers that work side by side with development engineers within agile teams from the early design phase until system validation. This starts at day one by not only integrating early implementations and requirement models, but challenging design and logical architecture in the earliest phase and with a focus to always strive for a great end-to-end system experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of automotive testing standards for distributed systems
  • Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience in systems engineering/vehicle network development and industrialization, minimally on a sub-system domain level, thereof minimally 2+ years of experience technical project leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills
  • Deep technical knowledge of E/E architecture and vehicle networks, their functions and features
  • Experience with complex test environments
  • Good knowledge of agile test methods and test automation
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Strong foundational experience with Agile, Scrum and DFSS Methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project execution roles for electrical architecture industrialization on sub-system and/or vehicle level
  • Experience to lead global and distributed project teams
  • Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Experience with methods such as Scrum, SAFe, TDD
  • Experience with ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, Ethernet interfaces and modules
  • Experience testing in multiple development contexts (Linux, AUTOSAR, Android)
  • Experience with model driven test in early development stages (functional mockups, PoC’s)
  • Experience with continuous integration, testing & deployment
