Job Description
Telework: Hybrid (Local/Willing to relocate only) Scrum Master & Coach SimVentions, consistently voted one of Virginia's Best Places to Work, is looking for an experienced team player with demonstrated success leading Agile development teams. Portions of the systems engineering and test & evaluation teams are currently still using waterfall, portions of their teams are transitioning to scrum. Software development is using scrum. Providing Agile and Scrum training to team members Providing mentoring/coaching to Scrum teams Works with the Product Owner on long-term release planning Performs as a Scrum Master, as needed, for one of more Scrum Teams Ability to perform Scrum Master duties for more than one team Involvement in the Agile community Excellent interpersonal skills including organizational, team building, and issue resolution Experience conducting Agile events (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or higher Scrum certification A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline is required A Secret Clearance is required for this position.
