Job Description
Job Summary


Under general supervision and reporting to the Data Integration Manager, the Operations Data Analyst is


responsible for supporting operations by providing data analysis support (including but not limited to metrics,


charts, creating reports and monitoring key performance indicators) to the Operations department.


Responsibilities And Duties


  • Create templates or customer reports based on customer data
  • Responsible for data analysis and metrics generation for operations
  • Data management and follow up
  • Define data output formats and develop new metrics that pertain to each customer requirement
  • Assist with metrics generation for monthly, quarterly, or annual program reviews with customers
  • Build reports and tools to assist management with key performance indicators and trends
  • Support management pertaining to data analysis and metrics generation
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Manage program implementation by evaluating potential risks and opportunities

  • Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships


Education, Experience And Other Requirements


  • Experience with coding and Power BI preferred
  • Experience with generating metrics to include: V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.
  • Education- High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • US or International citizenship or permanent residence status required depending on work location.
  • Experience with various MRP/ERP systems and data gathering
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Pass pre-hire background check and credit screening
  • A motivated self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Fluent English – reading and writing is required
  • 5 years+ admin experience in data analysis/metrics generation
  • Pass Pre-hire Drug Screening
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow-through

Pay Range: $21 - $30 hourly, please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
