An Adventure Tour Planner is a dynamic and creative professional responsible for designing and coordinating exciting and challenging travel experiences for clients seeking adventure and exploration. This role involves crafting itineraries that include activities such as hiking, trekking, rafting, wildlife safaris, and other adrenaline-pumping adventures. The Adventure Tour Planner works closely with clients to ensure their safety, satisfaction, and unforgettable adventure journeys.
- Develop detailed adventure travel itineraries that encompass various activities, destinations, and durations.
- Gather information about their interests, destination preferences, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their adventure preferences, fitness levels, and comfort zones.
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the planning process.
- Create competitive adventure travel packages while adhering to budget constraints.
- Recommend unique and lesser-known adventure spots to clients.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and modifications to itineraries promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate activity schedules, ensuring smooth transitions between activities and destinations.
- Select appropriate accommodations, transportation, and adventure operators based on client preferences.
- Provide clients with clear pricing breakdowns and options for customization.
- Identify and partner with reputable adventure operators, guides, and equipment providers.
- Stay informed about adventure destinations, trends, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Having organizational and problem solving skills are a huge plus.
- MUST be 18+ years of age or older.
- Must be detail oriented and have exemplary customer service skills.
- A self starter who is able to work independently and is familiar with Entrepreneurial Opportunities.
- MUST have a smartphone or computer/laptop with internet or wifi access.
- MUST be authorized to work in the US, Mexico or Australia!
