Title: Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Location: David City, NE
Salary: $110,000-$130,000/Year with Monthly Bonus/Yearly Bonus Structure
Requirements: At least 5+ Years in a Manufacturing/Engineering role with plant experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Implement new products and current product changes on the shop floor.
• Lead, Manage, and develop the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team to achieve production targets in safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives to improve

product quality and increase efficiency and productivity.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and work instructions to ensure

consistency and accuracy in manufacturing processes.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
• Assure the department achieves objectives and project completions within budget and time frame.
• Assist in development of budgets for product manufacturing and upgrading processes.

What You Need for this Position
At least 5+ Years in a Manufacturing/Engineering role with plant experience. Plus the following but not limited to:

• MRP
• ERP
• Manufacturing Engineering - LEAN
• Six Sigma - Green or Black belt is a plus!
• CAD
• SolidWorks
• Engineering Experience
• Manufacturing Experience - LEAN
