Our client is responsible for overseeing and managing various programs related to health care, human services, and public health in the state.

They work to improve the health and well-being of Massachusetts residents by providing access to high-quality health care, behavioral health services, disability services, and other essential programs.

Key Responsibilities

>Providing or assisting in activities of daily living for adults with disabilities

>Documenting the patient's behavioral issues

>Restraints and de-escalations when necessary

Skills And Requirements

>Must have prior Direct Care experience or experience with ADLs

>Mental Health or psychiatric experience is required

>Must be comfortable with restraint and de-escalation

>Compassionate and patient
