Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide a conducive environment to complete necessary administrative paperwork for the process of treatment services within the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation by general education, securing appropriate paperwork for releases and consents, securing a photo to ensure accuracy of the chart and documentation to match the individual patient. Ensuring clients, family, and referent expectations are met and exceeded. Provide a conducive environment to complete necessary administrative paperwork for the process of treatment services within the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation by general education, securing appropriate paperwork for releases and consents, securing a photo to ensure accuracy of the chart and documentation to match the individual patient. Ensuring clients, family, and referent expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Facilitate and maintain the bed board within the EHR
  • Create an inviting client/customer focused experience for all clients/referents/customers seeking Hazelden services
  • Ensuring patient and admissions electronic resources are up to date
  • Live and Virtual Admissions: Assist patient in completing admission process into Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation
Required
Qualifications
  • High School or equivalent with continuing education post- secondary
  • Experience working in a virtual environment
  • Strong technology/computer skills i.e. experience working with Medical EHR, WebEx, Zoom experience, comfortable navigating various system applications.
  • Minimum two years customer service experience
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One year experience working in a chemical dependency treatment setting
  • One year admissions experience and/or office management experience
