Summary

The Administrator, Procure to Pay is a direct report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. This role oversees the all corporate supply chain functions pertaining to Procurement, Contracting, Accounts Payable and Supply Chain Management Information Systems. Three direct reports are MUSC System Director of Procurement, System Director of Accounts Payable and the System Director of SCM Information Systems.


This role is the strategic system leader for all aspects of purchasing over $1B in supplies and services, payment and remittance to all MUSC suppliers and all information systems/ERP/point of use systems employed in Supply Chain Management. This role is system wide and manages team members across Medical University Hospital Authority, off-site centers, affiliated sites and operates in every market served. This role plans and directs all aspects system policies, objectives, budgeting, statistical activities and leads improvement initiatives.

Additional

Must possess Master’s degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field and ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in a healthcare supply chain management role.

Must have previously operated at MUSC Director equivalent in prior roles.

Required extensive knowledge of ERP leveraged business process management as it relates to purchasing operations and accounts payable functionality.

Required experience leading teams of Information Systems professionals as well as Analytics and Business Operations teams.
