Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greets and assists with a true passion to serve the HOA owners.
• Ensures appearance of the model condo and target units are acceptable for showing
• Responsible for processing paperwork for application approval as well as renewal paperwork
• Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
• Reliability to work Monday through Friday 9AM - 5:30PM.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service field, sales or property management
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate Yardi rent cafe property software (willing to train)
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
• Possess great attention to detail
