The Administrative Assistant is responsible for acting as an Assistant to the Shop Foreman by providing administrative support to the Service Department enabling leadership to make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and possesses strong analytical skills.

Pay Scale Information
$20 - $22 / hour
Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in a related role preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Schedule, update and maintain company related services such as Fire Department Inspection, Hazardous Material Pick-up and Delivery.
• Create, edit and maintain spreadsheets and reports
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
