Job Title: Showroom Sales AdminLocation: Denver, COPay Range: $17.29 - $24.99Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Rotational Saturday 8am - 12pm


Short Summary


We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support the Showroom at Rampart Supply. The Showroom provides a unique experience to our customers where they can get an up close and hands-on look at our product offerings.You will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Representatives and assisting with customer requests, providing product advice, and creating sales orders with the highest level of comprehensive customer service.

Now, about the job: What you will do at Rampart as aShowroom Sales AdminAs part of the showroom sales team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day organization of customers quotes, specs, order status, appointments, and greeting customers. In this role youre a key member that promotes customer service while supporting the clerical needs of the showroom team.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Becoming a subject matter expert: navigation software, searching, tips/tricks, accuracy
  • Inputting data into bid prep software
  • Analyzing data given by showroom sales associates
Creating spec book(s) for customer quotes by:


  • Navigating and searching for products within the system
  • Creating images, and specs from data to show customer a complete package
  • Entering data from quotes into my plumbing showroom
  • Delivering technical information to contractors based on specs created
Maintaining quote log, appointment log, & order status:
  • Responsible for maintain data and communicating customer needs to showroom sales team
  • Add notes, follow up, notate successes, completion date/time etc.
  • Tracking quotes daily via spread sheet tracker
  • Review previous days appointments to determine customers that showed up or need to follow up with
  • Communicate with sales team to confirm open order status and next steps
  • Monitoring order status is SXE.
  • Accessing real time status of orders; ordered, picked, shipped, delivery, etc.
Assisting customers by:
  • Being the face of Rampart when greeting customers at the front door
  • Tendering and balancing transactions
  • Taking credit card payments over the phone
  • Helping customers with inquiries by answering showroom sales phone calls
Maintain showroom literature:


  • Researching and ordering current market materials
  • Restocking of materials as needed
  • Frequently reviews current brochures, flyers, magazines etc. to ensure current information
Managing Appointment board:
  • Notate who has appointments, names of customer and the time of the appointment
  • Gather appointment information from showroom team and company calendar
  • Input all appointments for the day on the digital board located in the showroom
Maintains a productive work environment by:


  • Complying with procedures rules, and regulations
  • Reporting any unsafe conditions to your supervisor
  • Greeting all walk-in customers
  • Participating in the identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Collaborating and participating with marketing programs and initiatives
  • Additional duties as required
  • Maintaining current product literature
  • Keeping the showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed
  • Regularly evaluating methods, looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Answering phone calls
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by:


  • Demonstrating the application of skills learned
  • Attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks
  • Working with manager to determine developmental needs that relate to Rampart and its goals and objectives
  • Keeping current on changes and trends in designs, methods of construction, equipment, materials, and costs
