Job Description

Overview

GENERAL SUMMARY
This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Anchorage location as well as other locations in Alaska or within the Market.

Responsibilities

  • Works with a centralized Accounts Receivable department when necessary to resolve customer issues regarding delivery and settlement
  • Maintains sales building breakroom cleanliness and organization.
  • Process payments for supplier invoices via SAP using internal PO system. Reconcile credit card payments
  • Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external customers in person and via email or telephone
  • Manage, track, and communicate financial administrative controls or reports
  • Conducts a weekly inventory of building supplies (office supplies, breakroom supplies, maintenance supplies) and communicates appropriately to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Perform tasks associated with location support responsibilities, including customer interactions, visitors, mail, and telephone support
  • Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, and faxing
BACK UP CASHIERING DUTIES
  • Create deposit documentation for armored car service pickup
  • Assist customers with invoice creation, tracking, and payment reconciliation
  • Front desk coverage during business hours
  • Submit Route DSDs to AR as needed
  • Provide backup Cashiering support includes but is not limited to:
  • Process checks through bank scanner
  • Cashier and reconcile driver routes, utilizing a settlement tracking system
  • Count all currency utilizing coin sorter and bill counter; lifting up to 40lbs

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, implement action plans, and monitor progress
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience providing administrative and/or facility support
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Must be a strong team player
  • 1-3 years cash handling experience
  • Strong speech or presentations skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
