Position - Customer Account Adjustment Coordinator
Location - Rosemont, IL, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office after completion of training)
Responsibilities: The Customer Account Adjustment Coordinator is responsible for processing customer billing and invoice corrections to final resolution. Working in a fast-paced environment, this individual will identify gaps within the invoice and credit/debit transactional functions and recommend resolutions. This includes Drop Ship analysis and assistance within the Accounting area identifying and resolving issues.

Specific Job Function:
- Identify gaps in invoice and credit/debit transactions and provide recommended solutions
- SAP Audit – Special Projects & Quarterly SAP Regression Testing
- Provide support for billing/invoicing for added lines from M&A activity including Zip and Paragon product lines as example
- Process invoice corrections & error report investigation
- Liaison between Customer Service & Accounting to clear invoices in a “Stuck” status in SAP
- Assist in clearing Tax Credit Memo ques when volumes spike
- Provide cross functional support when Dealers submit invoices with multiple / complex corrections.
- Create Credit / Debit Memos
- Own the creation of customer billing that flows through the Culligan NA Customer Service Team
- Special billing task for key Dealer Relationship (I.E. Packard & Miller)
- Assist with new system (Esker) implementation
- Process validation of Drop Ships billing/charges
Requirements:
- Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred but not essential, or equivalent additional work experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with ability to create pivot tables
- SAP / ERP data management experience strongly preferred
- 3-7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting / Bookkeeping / Accounts Customer Service required
