Job Description
Position Summary
Adjunct Faculty are higher education instructors who are contracted on a term-by-term basis to teach an undergraduate or graduate course in face-to-face, hybrid, or online format. Course load not to exceed 17 semester hours per calendar year.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To serve as an adjunct faculty member for the Leadership and Organizational Management (LOM) program, teaching one or more of the following courses. Courses will be offered:
  • Leadership Theory, and Practice I & II
  • In-person classroom
  • Team Dynamics
  • In-person classroom
Qualifications
Education: Masters degree in Leadership Development, or a related field.
Experience: Teaching or training experience preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Work experience in related professional field (if applicable).
Competencies
  • Time management skills. Instructors must be able to devote adequate time to courses, communicating timely feedback and engaging regularly in discussions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Planning and Organizational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Within the general range of an office environment.
