Pay Range: Competitive Rate of Pay and determined based on relevant years of work experience.
Pay Grade: AJCR
Position Summary: Teach college-level writing and developmental writing courses.
Required Qualifications: Masters’ degree with at least 18 hours in English Literature or Composition/Rhetoric
Expertise with on-line LMS technology, ideally Canvas
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission of a comprehensive community college
Preferred Qualifications: Additional education beyond Master's level
Teaching experience in a community college
Teaching experience in a community college
Experience with and interest in teaching composition and using online instruction
Experience teaching developmental writing
