Job Description
Description:

Assist in evaluating company reserve levels and meeting reporting needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Effectively gather and compile data. Evaluate data to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies. Complete analysis of data and summarize results
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Claims, Accounting) to facilitate reviews and meet reporting requirements
  • Regularly analyze adequacy of initial reserves
  • Participate in reserve reviews of non-cat and cat business
  • Tech review the work of other associates
  • Prepare data and reports for our consultants and reinsurance partners
  • Draft memos and reports to share insights with management

PM19

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; 2 years of insurance industry experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Ability/experience with a variety of computer software and databases; including Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, and SQL. Power BI experience is a plus.
