QUALIFICATIONS:
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years recreation or social event planning experience preferred
  • Compassionate, patient and good communication skills
  • Direct Care Staff Training and Competency Test for Personal Care Homes (PCH) and Assisted Living Residences (ALR) required for Pennsylvania communities
  • Be vaccinated for Covid-19 and the flu (during flu season)
  • 5 years of licensed driving experience
