You will assist the Director of Activities in the implementation of the activities program.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests to and from activity programs and on outings as scheduled.
- Complete appropriate records indicating guest attendance and participation in individual and group activities in a timely manner.
- Support guests in meeting individual needs, preferences, routines and choices.
- Maintain good rapport with family members of guests and encourage family support in programs.
- Implement activity programs to meet the functional levels, needs and interests of each guest.
- High school diploma required.
- All new staff hired on or after January 4, 2022, must be fully vaccinated unless a medical/religious exemption or temporary delay (as defined by the CDC) has been granted, even if they have not yet completed the 14-day waiting period required for full vaccination.
- All new staff hired on or after December 6, 2021, must, at a minimum, receive the first dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or a one-dose COVID-19 prior to providing any care, treatment, or other services to guests/residents, unless a temporary delay as defined by the CDC has been granted.
- New hires can request religious or medical exemptions. However, they are ineligible to work while an exemption is under review.
