Job Description

Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Broad Function


The customer and job file setup clerk is responsible for daily assigning and entering new customer information. The job file set up clerk is also responsible for auditing job file request for policy compliance and entering the job file information into the Brock accounting system.

Essential Functions

  • Provide highest quality customer service
  • Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
  • Audit, assign job numbers and enter job file information into the Brock accounting system
  • Assign customer numbers and enter the new customer information into the Brock accounting system

  • Provide Job setup statistics and reports
  • Provide audit sample backup to the auditors, if requested
  • Communicate set up information to the regions as completed
  • Scan customer/job file information into document management program for audit and document retention

Working Conditions

  • Working indoors in an office environment

Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work individually
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of personnel in large organization
  • Must be deadline oriented, work under pressure and ability to multi-task
  • Must have excellent organizational skills

  • 5+ years experience
