Accounts Receivable Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Ensures all invoicing is billed in accordance with company practices and the client contract, resolving invoice related issues as required

• Work with the client and client services to ensure invoices are paid on a timely basis and support the client with questions and inquiries

• Assist with the accounts payable duties as well as month end close processes preparing and reviewing account reconciliations

• Reconcile payments, accounts and discrepancies in receivable balances

• Understand a basic contract document as it relates to invoicing, identifying invoicing requirements as necessary and collaborate with the team for proper setup

• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
• Associates Degree preferred (will take years of experience into consideration)
• Organized with the ability to stay on task
• Works well as part of a larger team, creating interdepartmental relationships
• 3+ years of work experience (billing/collection experience preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel
• Effective communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
• Commitment to client service
