Accounting Tech Payables & Receivables

Job Overview
Accounts payable & receivables and with some responsibilities in Financial Accounting. This position is responsible for providing daily input of all invoices and payables for our company. In addition, this position will maintain files and correspondence with outside vendors and independent contractors. Organization of daily, weekly and monthly tasks a must!
Job Duties

• Daily input of payables.
• Finalizing outgoing accounts.
• Monthly and annual reviews with prompt deadlines
• Many other job duties as assigned at any given time.

Job Qualifications

• Accounting experience a plus
• Must quick and efficient with Excel ( A MUST) & Quickbooks will be a added plus
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must be very comfortable with both written, oral and digital communication
• Must work with frequent interruptions and in a fast-paced environment
• 2-3 years accounts payable experience
