Job Summary

• The Accountant II is responsible for performance of assigned financial reporting, general accounting, and financial audits for Avera Health Insurance Division (AHID).
• The Accountant works closely with the Director – Financial Reporting and others as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting of financial information.

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, healthcare administration, or healthcare related field is required.
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in assigned functions.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $25.00 - $37.75 per hour
