Job Title: Production Associate

Locations: 7302 Pacific Street, Omaha Ne or 7007 N 97th Circle, Omaha Ne

Schedule: 3rd Shift, 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.16 Hourly (includes shift differential)

**Our production schedules include working one weekend day or both.

What does a Production Operator do at Fiserv?

As a Production Operator at Fiserv, you'll be trained on how to set up and operate machines such as embossing/card personalizers, printers, affixers, inserters, and mail sorters.

What you will do:

• Perform quality checks, verifying accurate material is used.
• Troubleshooting to resolve machine and job-related problems, performing minor machine adjustments as required.
• Working with associates in team effort to further company goals concerning productivity, safety, security, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Process work according to instructions and client expectations.

What you will need to have:

• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
• Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand 95% of your shift, bend and lift between 20 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

What would be great to have:

• Ability to problem solve and analyze solutions to drive productivity.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production operation/concept.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
