2Nd Shift -Plant Maintenance Technician/Millwright

Night Shift: approximate shift times of 5 p.m. - 5 a.m.

Wages starting at $26.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train .

Rogers Group is currently seeking individuals to fill a Night Shift PLANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / MILLWRIGHT position at the Gallatin Quarry in Gallatin, TN .

The successful candidates for this role should be an experienced welder, millwright or maintenance person who can maintain and repair plant operations including working with crushers, conveyors and screens. The job may also include general work around the quarry operation and other duties as assigned. Hours of operation must be flexible and will require night and weekend work as well. Typical hours for this shift are expected to be from approximately 5pm-5am, with adjustment as needs dictate – and these hours may vary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.
• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens is preferred but not required.
• Experience in fabricating, cutting, and stick and mig welding is required.
• Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.
• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and work planning for plant maintenance, fabrication, and heavy repair projects.
