2D Illustrator And Animator

Our Concrete division is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional design and creative storytelling skills. This position focuses on developing MMConcrete’s brand identity through illustrations and animations. They will also be a part of providing inspirational and informative content for all our business platforms. Check out our Instagram page @mm_concrete_block.

• Work directly with the Product Manager to understand short-term and long-term goals for MMConcrete’s content

• Plan and create visual content for various platforms to enhance the overall customer experience

• Generate inspirational, informative, and engaging content with high-level illustrations, animations, blogs, and videos

• Write scripts, create visuals, and edit film for animations and explainer video content

• Research and apply search engine optimization (SEO) to drive content and increase traffic to the website

• Analyze social media trends and analytics to create a content plan to increase user reach and engagement

• Collaborate with Midwest Manufacturing and Menards marketing team, graphic designers, photographers, and other creatives to finalize projects

• Work as a team to continuously develop and maintain MMConcrete’s brand identity in all projects

• Prepare presentations to communicate MMConcrete’s growth through online platforms

• Help out wherever is needed (a team player attitude)

Degree in one of the following OR equivalent work experience:

• Entertainment Design / Graphic Design
• Digital Marketing / Business Administration

• Excellent drawing ability with knowledge of animation
• Excellent with Adobe Suite
• Must be a self-starter that can stay motivated

• Ability to communicate a message both in illustrations and writing
